About the Idea

Meet Sarah. Sarah developed Spark Care+, a personalized music therapy treatment for mental health disorders using artificial intelligence (AI), galvanic skin response (GSR), and photoplethysmography (PPG).

Why did you enter the 3M Young Scientist Challenge?

The Young Scientist Challenge is a perfect place for me to share my passion, insights, and vision in science and music. It is my dream to be paired up with a mentor scientist and make the Spark Care+ a reality.

What is your favorite invention of the last 100 years, and why?

The World Wide Web. The World Wide Web has opened the opportunity for people to learn, explore, and share beyond their location and network. If you have a will to learn, discover, and network, the opportunity is widely open to everyone now.
