Kolby White

Meet Kolby White. Kolby is an Advanced Product Development Specialist in 3M's Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division, where she leads innovation in liquid adhesive technologies as part of the Electronics Bonding team. She brings deep expertise in structural adhesive chemistry and has a strong track record of advancing technology platforms, launching new products, and solving complex customer challenges in global, cross-functional environments. In addition to her technical contributions, Kolby has demonstrated leadership across 3M through founding and co-chairing the RISE symposium, chairing the Organic Chemistry and Academic Relations Tech Forum chapters, and supporting recruiting and outreach efforts. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, advancing innovation, and helping build strong connections across the organization.

Outside of work, Kolby enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, baking, discovering new restaurants, and reading. Kolby earned her dual B.A. / M.S. in Chemistry from Northwestern University and her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
