Meet Dr. Gilles Benoit. Dr. Benoit has been at 3M for 18 years and is currently a lead AI & Machine Learning Specialist in the Transportation & Electronics Business Group. He co-invented Deep Causal Learning (DCL), a proprietary Reinforcement Learning algorithm, in 2014 and has been driving applications of DCL and physics-informed machine learning in manufacturing ever since.

Dr. Benoit has been at 3M for 18 years and is currently a lead AI & Machine Learning Specialist in the Transportation & Electronics Business Group.
