Dr. Delony Lager-Anderson

Every day, Dr. Delony Langer-Anderson combines her imagination, insight and scientific expertise to transform ideas into products that make lives better. As Technical Manager in the 3M Stationery and Office Supplies Division, Dr. Langer-Anderson leads a team of new product developers who imagine new ways to work, create and collaborate in homes and offices around the world. Delony started at 3M in 2000 within the Corporate Research Analytical Laboratory as a senior research chemist. From 2006-2018 Del worked as a new product platform development expert, focused on finding, developing and commercializing innovative and differentiated product solutions for the global consumer business market. In 2010, she was elected to head the 3M Tech Forum, 3M’s global network of technical employees. For her work, Delony earned a 3M Corporate Level Circle of Technical Experience & Innovation Award, which is given to employees who have been nominated by their peers for outstanding technical accomplishments and leadership at 3M. She has 4 issued and multiple pending patents.
