His work has enabled, and continues to enable, innovative products for a wide range of industries such as electronics, AI infrastructure, automotive, packaging, and sustainability.","In his 10 years at 3M, Abhishek's research has resulted in 27 pending patents, 4 academic publications, and 4 3M Circle of Technical Excellence awards. Abhishek is an active member of 3M Tech Forum and served as chapter chair, lab senator, and steering committee member of multiple chapters. He serves as a peer reviewer for several scientific journals in his field and is currently a member of the National Science Foundation's ACCESS Research Advisory Committee. Abhishek is passionate about the importance of curiosity, collaboration and mentorship in the challenging but incredibly rewarding process of scientific exploration.","Abhishek holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Cornell University and B.S.-M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
